You will be responsible for leading client implementations and annual renewals for Employee Benefits Services. You will have direct ownership of client relationships and employee enrollment while providing post enrollment support and handling client / broker / enrollment company escalations. Will also be called upon to provide continuous feedback on processes, services and documentation to enhance client / broker / enrollment company experience and engagement.

What You’ll Do
You will collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to smoothly and timely implement new clients, which includes leading meetings, working with contacts on marketing materials and technical resources on system and data file setups. Goal is to create an exceptional client / broker / enrollment company experience that leads to client retention and additional sales opportunities.
Manage client renewals and work with marketing resources on enrollment materials to meet client / broker / enrollment company needs and engage with technical resources on various electronic files. Guide external contacts to provide enrollments timely and internal resources to activate employee accounts on-time.
You will serve as client / broker internal advocate by resolving client / broker inquiries regarding benefit services, billing inquiries, employee concerns and file issues.
Work with internal departments to streamline communications and processes, update CRM system, distribute print and digital marketing materials, and provide additional support as needed.
Work with internal and external resources so information developed and distributed to employees will increase enrollments.
You will need to set direction through planning and leadership, then utilize conflict management and execution to deliver initiatives on-time that meet commitments and goals.
5 years account management, marketing or employee benefit experience
Bachelor’s degree, not required but preferred in business, marketing or communications
Project Management skills, ability to lead projects to successful completion
Extensive use of G Suite or Microsoft Office products
Effective listening skills coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to adjust messaging style that influences different audiences
Ability to develop and foster strong client relationships
Works well individually and as part of a team
Up to 10% travel
