The Process Safety Senior Manager will be the global leader in driving the Entegris process safety and risk mitigation programs. This position will be responsible for working with key stakeholders within Operations and R&D in determining and defining requirements for critical process safety elements. This person will use both OSHA's PSM regulations, along with recognized and generally accepted good engineering (RAGAGEP) as the basis for determining company standards.


Success for this role will be based on the senior manager's ability to work with members in Operations and R&D in developing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of a process safety and risk mitigation program. This person will work closely with process owners, provide training where needed, on implementing Entegris derived standards for performing effective process hazards analysis (PHA), pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR), and mechanical integrity inspections. This person will also be responsible for auditing and tracking key performance indicators (KPI's) for specific process safety information (PSI), operating procedures & work instructions, operator training, contractor management, management of change (MOC), and incident root cause investigation with the intent to prevent similar future events.


This person will have a technical background/education, preferably a BS in engineering with a minimum 10 years combined experience in production, engineering, and/or EHS. Must be able to effectively negotiate with process owners/business leaders on determining priorities and financial justification as to the timing and extent that specific elements of the program are implemented. Must also possess excellent writing & communication skills and an aptitude for creating management systems & processes for efficiently documenting, communicating, and tracking program elements.
