Finance and Operations



We are looking for a Director, Global Sales Programs who will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Sales leaders, while working cross-functionally within Sales Strategy, Data Science, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing and Enablement. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind and is comfortable with complex data sets, adept at prescribing and prioritizing technology solutions to meet business problems, and is comfortable presenting to VP+ stakeholders. The role combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies, with the business end of operationalizing these programs with field teams to ensure they are executed and produce results.

The successful candidate will be collaborating with Sales Leaders, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science Teams, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement to design and execute custom sales programs that drive both Tableau stand-alone bookings and Salesforce synergy results.

Some of the things you ll be doing include


Central leader for all global sales programs and related initiatives, e.g., Tableau pipeline health reviews/pipeline councils, top account program health checks

Central point for global program design, requirements definition for integrating into priority setting and execution w/ global field teams and their program teams across other global OUs/functional domains (e.g., Pub Sec, Industries, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Solutions, etc)

Partnership with regional sales program leaders on local execution of globally defined sales programs



EXPERIENCED. 12+ years of experience in designing sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies a plus. Experience in managing a team (virtual, dotted line or direct reports).

SALES ACUMEN. Knowledge of effective enterprise sales strategies (seed, grow, advise). Experience designing (or influencing the design) of revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs.

EDUCATED. Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.

TECHNICAL. Highly skilled in Salesforce reporting, Tableau knowledge, and/or Excel.

ANALYTICAL. Experience drawing actionable insights from data sets in their most common forms (Tableau, Excel,, etc.)

COMMUNICATOR. Exceptional communication and public speaking skills; delivering executive level presentations.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. Ability to deliver results in a global, matrixed environment comprised of various internal stakeholders. Operational rigor and track record of cross stakeholder program management and execution.
