Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager - Product Release Marketing, you will be responsible for communicating value and increasing sales effectiveness for our Agreement Cloud products. You ll drive product messaging and positioning, enable our Sales teams with content and tools aligned to customer needs in various stages of the sales cycle, and collaborate with marketing to build awareness and pipeline for our products. You ll work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, and senior leadership.
This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Director of Product Marketing.
Define messaging, content, and enablement for key product capabilities across DocuSign Agreement Cloud products
Lead the cross-functional release marketing launch team - prioritizing, sequencing and orchestrating high impact launches that drive awareness of, excitement for and usage of new product innovation
In partnership with customer success, sales, BD and product management, deliver customer and partner readiness for product launches with collateral such as, presentations, blogs, newsletters, webinars, videos and data sheets
Drive and present effective, multi-channel enablement for internal audiences, including company leadership, sales and customer success
Create high impact product roadmap presentations and support keynote presentations for marquee customer events such as DocuSign Momentum
Optimize release marketing dashboard and measure and report on performance; leverage findings to enhance release marketing programs
2-4 years of experience in technology industry in a marketing, product marketing or marketing consulting capacity
Excellent program management skills with ability to prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward across cross-functional teams
Excellent references required
Product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
Strong leader that can inspire and coordinate a virtual team with a high-energy, positive attitude and proven ability of empowering teams to hit deadlines
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the organization
Self-starter and proactive with very strong ability to personally create high quality, customer-facing content including presentations, web copy, blogs, datasheets; guide others in content creation
Stellar communication, collaboration, presentation and writing skills
Deep knowledge of the technology product lifecycle: new products, iterative releases of existing products, and large/mature products
