Primary Location: Salt Lake City UT, Salt Lake City, UT, USA Division: Cox Automotive Job Level: Individual Contributor Travel: No Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Requisition Number: 207053 Key activities of this role will include prospecting and acquiring new business to generate revenue and grow business for Dealer.com Offer virtual demonstrations of dealer.com website products to Dealer prospects and existing customers. Utilize a consultative process to determine the needs of Dealer prospects Advise and educate Dealer prospects of the best solution. Generate new business via Outbound/Inbound calls and securing virtual demonstrations of Dealer.com products to Dealer prospects and existing customers. Work with Dealers consisting of prospects, to sell the value of Dealer.com and the full product portfolio based on the needs. Collaborate with Marketing/Sales and Product Consultants to properly transition accounts for demonstrating. Overcome objections through the utilization of phone scripts. Qualify the Dealer/Needs Analysis Determine what solutions Dealer Prospects currently have in place. Manage and overcome objections in order to secure qualified onsite meetings and virtual meetings. Work with Manager to understand, meet and exceed goals and objectives. Create, maintain and share action plans with Manager based on daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of performance metrics; track and adjust short term and long-term planning as necessary. Territory Planning Partner with Inside Regional Sales Manager & Outside Territory Sales Manager to review prospect list and proposed strategy to attract new business. Qualifications: Required Qualifications BS/BA in related discipline 3 years of experience OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience Proven experience developing strategy, setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining focused on details is required. Experience with business software applications including MS Outlook Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) Experience in a customer focused, account management, revenue driven environment Proven experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships Demonstrated advanced communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) Proven experience and ability to analyze customer problems and trends to offer suggestions and recommendations for improvement and success Preferred Qualifications: 1 to 2+ years of experience required in outbound dialing/cold calling/appointment setting 1 to 2+ years of experience required in prospecting/selling websites.
