The program provides participants a diverse experience to accelerate their career at Gates while directly impacting critical corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

This 2-year program is designed to develop future Gates leaders and provide participants with the skills and exposure they need to be successful. The program is a project-based rotational program, where assignments are directed by the Gates Executive Team and aligned to our company s top strategic initiatives. For each project assignment, program participants will define, execute and drive project goals. The program also includes leadership training, international exposure and a senior mentor.

Job Requirements


* Must be a current MBA student with a graduation date between December 2020 and June 2021

* 2-5 years of professional fulltime work experience

* Prior work experience in manufacturing and/or engineering a plus

* Relocation will be provided for candidates that meet the requirements

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship


* Demonstrated leadership experience

* Ability to work effectively across functions and as contributing member of a fast paced team

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Global mindset and the ability to thrive in a diverse culture and environment

* Drive for results and energized through change agent behaviors

* Proven track record of accomplishments

* Exhibits the Gates values in all actions and decisions
