This person will enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that is focused on delivering analytics across all of the pricing elements.
The purpose of the Revenue Growth Management Analyst is to deliver and leverage analytics to unlock the strategic pricing value of each of our brands through optimizing our Mix, Packs and Promotional Strategies.
Create and execute advanced pricing analytics and models across all elements of the mix to uncover mutual growth opportunities
Lead from the role-specific parts of the RGM process cross functionally
Help build an execution plan to deliver growth opportunities in the marketplace
Deliver RGM Analysis and align with the cross functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.)
Support the delivery of cross functional workshops to share hypotheses and opportunities
Support the creation of execution plans and selling stories
Support RGM team in strategically influencing across the organization
Support the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools
Bachelor s degree is required (preferably in Finance, Business, or Marketing)
1-2 years (including internships) experience in analytics of pricing, trade spend, etc.
Strong technical skills in Excel, Power Point, Tableau, IRI or AC Nielsen
Strong computer and analytical skills
