Maintenance/Resident Services Supervisor - Hawthorne Residential Partners

  • As an apartment professional in the Resident Services Supervisor role, you are a leader at the community for the Resident Services team. Leading the Resident Services team involves a few key functions:

  • Prioritize service tasks consistently and communicating those priorities to the team

  • Train, develop, and mentor the Resident Services team

  • Proactively diagnose any service needs for the physical asset and follow through to ensure the service is completed

  • Effectively supervise our vendor partners to ensure quality of work.

  • Lead capital improvement projects

  • Respond to service requests in a timely, thorough, and professional manner

  • Make vacant apartments homes ready for the next resident ensuring the home is impeccably clean and well-maintained

  • Contribute to the community through welcoming, professional service to the residents

  • Preserve the physical asset by sustaining a preventive maintenance program and ensuring the buildings are well-maintained

  • Accept on-call service as scheduled

  • Demonstrate daily care for the physical asset by ensuring grounds, amenities, and office are clean, free of debris, and immaculately maintained

As a Resident Services Supervisor, you will also need:

  • HVAC & CPO Certifications

  • A desire to work alongside your team leading by example

  • A relentless pursuit of perfection - consistently open to encouragement and coaching

  • A talent for communicating - on the phone, in writing, and in person
