We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager for the Marketing Department.
As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will monitor, respond, and optimize the performance of the credit union’s social media platforms. You will assist with marketing campaign and content development by working with internal stakeholders to develop engaging and timely content for our social media platforms. This role will play a key part in delivering on our vision and our mission (creating communities free of financial stress by creating and maintaining financial slack) – and doing so in a way that is consistent with our brand values of human dignity, craftsmanship, stewardship and sensible innovation.
The primary role of the Social Media Marketing Manager is to translate the Marketing Technology Manager’s vision for Credit Human social media marketing into actionable tactics under 1-year in length (9-12 months), execute social media marketing efforts, work with your peers in executing and measuring marketing social media marketing efforts, create and maintain the social media content calendar and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will track the performance of social media campaigns, content, brand mentions, follower growth and performance metrics (engagement, audience growth rate, reach, share of voice and sentiment) and provide regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
You'll also communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor and respond to customer reviews, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop responses.
