The South Central Region of Carrier Enterprise sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Sales professional based in the Fort Worth, Texas area.

Job Responsibilities: As a Territory Sales Manager, selected candidate will be the residential sales expert for our customers. Responsible for the sales of the residential line of products including Carrier, Bryant and Payne within your assigned territory. Your ability to build relationships and good strategies with these business partners and the ability to analyze the territory; develop, execute and monitor sales program is key to your success. Selected candidate will work closely with our customers to develop sales strategies and marketing plans to grow the success of Carrier's residential product in your territory. Demonstrated performance history in Sales & New Market development a must. Experience selling to a dealer network and distribution center. Wholesale and retail sales channels. Some overnight travel is required.

* Exceptional communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* 5+ years of experience in Sales required.
* Partner with customers to provide proactive solutions and address concerns
* Problem-solving aptitude
* Ability to work in a face paced organization
* Self-starter with organizational and proven leadership ability
* Ability to present products, services and solutions to prospective customers
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
* Strong conflict resolution skills
* Ability to read, write and converse in Spanish strongly preferred
Education
AA/AS degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
