Big Ass Fans is growing! We are actively looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and assist in all company recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent of a multi-site organization.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for recruiting initiatives.
Manage cradle-to-grave recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Proactively source, screen, and present high quality candidates.
Develop a strong understanding of the Big Ass Fans (BAF) brand and identify individuals who will be successful within the organization.
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Regular follow-up with all involved parties to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Research and attend recruiting events to build brand awareness.
Drive process improvement initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with higher education contacts (i.e. career centers, student organizations, and faculty).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of professional recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; staffing agency experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
Previous experience working with an ATS (Jobvite preferred, but not required).
Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills.
