Staffing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Staffing Manager is responsible for the Temporary Labor Program for a national client. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the development of Temporary Labor program, policies, procedures and compliance. The objective of this position is to ensure that processes and practices result in effectiveness, efficiency and risk mitigation management for the organization. This position will lead the day-to-day operations, administration, and provide metrics on overall effectiveness and efficiency of the program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Manage a high volume temporary labor program for field based projects nationally

* Partner with field on project list to demand plan. Ensure accurate supply of temporary workers to fill project need

* Primary point of contact for Temporary Staffing Suppliers including demand planning, supplier performance management and KPI management for scorecarding

* Maintain diligence in accurate and timely metrics reporting for the field team; responsible for real time analysis and critical review of hiring pipeline

* Ensures that TA delivery process is followed: quality standards are met, delivery deadlines are met, cost/benefit is considered, issues are addressed and resolved and key stakeholders are involved and informed

* Manage day-to-day requests/activities such as workload balance, issue escalation and resolution, and recruiting process compliance

* Ensures Service Level Commitments are met

Requirements:

* Bachelor s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Human Resources, or related field

* 8+ years with proven success in progressive talent acquisition role

* Experience with RPO, outsourced recruitment or Staffing Agency Vendor management

* Prior experience recruiting within Manufacturing or Skilled Trades

* Contingent Labor Management (CLM) / Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) experience preferred

* Knowledge and experience in HR, vendor management, procurement or staffing

* Desire to lead others with previous experience leading a small team of recruiters highly preferred

* Excellent planning or project management skills/organization, analytic skills, strong attention to detail

* Proven track record of collaborating with leadership

* Previous experience in a third-party search and recruitment firm (contingent or retained) highly preferred

* Previous experience with sporadic and sometimes high-volume recruiting and ability to manage projects of scale

* Proven ability to recruit talent at senior manager and above levels

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* The ability to manage multiple priorities
