Role Description

• Working closely with the Leadership Team and partnering across our global workforce (including Product and Technology divisions) you will:

o Build a deep understanding of our global operating model, and how our organization is changing

o Join the dots to define the 'big picture' - a compelling story that reflects our multi-year change journey

o Confidently syndicate quantitative and qualitative inputs to build and evolve robust, evidence-led narratives

o Create outstanding visual and verbal assets - consultancy-style PPT presentations, tableau visuals, videos, white papers

o Develop a multi-channel communication approach, to engage a range of audiences

o Identify and respond quickly to change - collaborating with leadership to rapidly create and evolve communications

o Demonstrate Operations' ongoing commitment to firm-level strategic priorities

o Critically assess the briefs you are given to ensure the right questions are being asked

o Challenge the status quo to help move the organization forward

o Drive a culture of creativity - building a diverse network of champions to shape the story, globally

Key Responsibilities

Include:

• Developing a robust, consistent storyline to engage our diverse, global workforce

• Mining a range of structured and unstructured inputs to inform the narrative

• Producing high-quality, stand-out visual and verbal assets

• Applying rigorous methodologies to extract actionable insights, and justifying these methodologies to key stakeholders

• Defining a framework through which the story can be efficiently and effectively cascaded throughout the workforce

• Building a network of partners to champion the narrative, and inspire / align all levels of the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will have

• 5+ years' experience with a top consulting firm

• Financial services background

• A stand-out approach to storytelling (inc. through PPT) that you readily adapt to suit a wide range of audiences and narratives

• Excellent PowerPoint skills

• Confidence in data analysis and visualization (eg. using Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik)

• A commitment to excellence, and an attention to detail, across all you do

• A passion for your work, that naturally drives others to 'come on the journey' with you

• A curiosity to look beyond face value - to get to the bottom of 'why' and to answer the 'so what'

• An energy that drives you to look beyond the task at hand, to the 'what else' and the 'what next' - both personally and professionally

• A willingness to coach others, and to be coached - and to constructively challenge the status quo

• An unusual career story or outside interest, that sets you apart from the crowd
