HILLCREST HOSPITAL CLAREMORE, - RECOVERY RN - PRN

Position has the responsibility for supporting the mission, vision, values of the hospital; demonstrating the knowledge and skills to carry out the nursing process when providing care to all patients; meeting the established standards of the AORN nursing practice in supervising, delegating, and coordinating personnel assigned to the unit when in charge; promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Multi State or Oklahoma RN license. Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of date of hire. Must obtain PALS within 6 months of date of hire. Current BLS certification required, (1) or more current years of acute care experience as a RN with (1) year perioperative nursing experience preferred. Demonstrates ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in performance standards. Must be able to provide nursing care to patients of all ages; infants to geriatric population. Demonstrates leadership and teaching skills. Proficient typing and computer skills preferred.
