Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Talent Development, the Enterprise Talent Development Consultant supports the enterprise-wide development strategy for Cox (cross divisional and CEI specific). Partnering closely with Cox Communications, Cox Automotive, and CEI Corporate, the Consultant designs, executes, and evaluates shared development solutions (experiences, content, programs, tools, approaches) across common employee segments to enable Cox business objectives and support Cox s culture transformation by developing leader and employee capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Supports the Enterprise-wide and CEI corporate learning and development Center of Excellence: Manages the design and leads execution/implementation of enterprise-wide, scalable development experiences/programs/tools Partners with divisional development colleagues to manage/deliver shared development assessments and interventions as needed; Leverages a variety of developmental assessments as needed (e.g. DISC, MBTI, Birkman, StrengthsFinder, 360 feedback) Drives the enterprise-wide coaching practice (tracks engagements, inventories coaches, etc.) Consults with CEI business leaders to ensure a current understanding of the businesses' strategy to provide development for CEI employees and improve performance and productivity in the business. Helps manage learning and development resource contracts/agreements in partnership with supply chain Partners with other Talent COEs to accelerate the development of talent and manage the talent pipeline (e.g. support nomination process based on talent identification) Aligns with divisional development partners to ensure a cohesive approach to enterprise-wide strategies and plans Provides subject matter expertise and proactively researches external best practices to keep the development and learning team's practice/approach proactive and cutting edge Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree required 5-7 years of progressive experience in learning & development functions with experience across the 70-20-10 spectrum (best-in-class experiential-based development, coaching, instructor-led development, facilitation roles, etc.) Must have previous work experience in a corporate setting and possess skills in the following key areas: coaching, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change Must have strong project management skills with the ability to document and communicate project plans, monitor work in progress, and achieve project milestones/end results for others to understand. Must possess certification and experience with various development assessment tools Should be an exceptional communicator and bridge builder; able to meet new stakeholders, quickly understand their requirements/needs, and build their perspectives into data collection Should have business acumen, with the ability to credibly make a business case, by linking current and anticipated business challenges with learning and development solutions and associated metrics Organizational design experience a plus Who We Are About Cox We are the Cox family of businesses.
