The primary responsibility of this position is to manage, supervise and perform all duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the Mustang Cat Beaumont branch. This included but is not limited to:
- Parts, Service, Sales and Warranty
- Managing facility budgets (GP, PAD, expenses, and WIP)
- Perform all employee Performance Reviews and Merit Increases
- Branch staffing and employee relations
- Maintain employee engagement and a productive work environment
- Represent Mustang in a professional manner in and away from the office
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support is provided by all Mustang Cat Beaumont employees
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial or mechanically related field
- Will consider previous work and management experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated management experience and proved leadership ability
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Be able to motivate and be apart of a team
- Working knowledge of Cat Parts, Service, Sales and Warranty operations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and relate to customers and their needs
- Excellent computer skills, with experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other Database systems
