Sabre Systems is currently looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support our customer, the Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) in Lakehurst, NJ performing Product Support Management in the Logistics Management Integration Department. NAWCADLKE is located near the beautiful New Jersey beaches and is in close proximity to Philadelphia, PA, Atlantic City, NJ, and New York, NY. NAWCADLKE is the premiere Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Aircraft Support Equipment (SE) research, development, test and evaluation, and sustainment installation supporting the US Navy. The selected candidate's duties are:

Perform management of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program planning, development, and execution
- Assist in planning and implementing Integrated Logistics Support for the life cycle of assigned system/equipment from concept through field deployment
- Lead all Sustainment Team efforts by providing guidance to logistics analysts
- Conduct logistics, supportability, reliability, maintainability, and operational analyses and provide recommendations for tailoring, optimizing, and establishing logistics element requirements
- Provide recommendations for changes to site support including maintenance planning, phased support, manpower and personnel requirements, initial provisioning and material support, support equipment, training and training devices, technical data packaging, handling, storage and transportation, and facilities
- Provides recommendations for the development of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Management Plans
- Provides recommendations for the review and development of Maintenance Plans/Logistics Support Analysis (MP/LSA) records, maintenance tasks and Level of Repair (LOR) Analysis recommendations
- Provide technical expertise in all areas of supply support; including, as required, inventory management, inventory accuracy and warehousing
- Perform Logistics Support Analysis for Design Change Notices and identify impacts to Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) and other logistics support products
- Review Naval Air Systems Command Level III engineering drawings for logistics impacts and ensure completeness of Product Support Analysis (PSA) development
- Review and verify/validate Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) for ALRE including MTA resources (Support Equipment (SE), Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), Spare Parts etc.)
- Translate analysis to a simplified technical format
- Perform configuration changes GAP Analysis for ALRE Systems installed on U.S. Navy ships
- Develop/review Diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS) Bill of Materials (BOM) and support DMSMS process including DMSMS Management Team (DMT) meetings
- Prepare written correspondence and verbally report on assigned programs
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the government customer
- Compose Statement of Work documentation
- Have a working knowledge of the Navy Supply System processes and procedures
- Have a working knowledge of Engineering Change Proposals and Configuration Management

Qualifications

- A Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution, with Logistics, Engineering or Program Management experience preferred.
* Must have knowledge or basic experience in AutoCAD 2-D design, and product configuration management
* MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (Strong knowledge of Word and Excel)
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
