The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Service Supervisor and with various aspects of service operations. This includes:
- Time entry
- GateLog
- Dispatching
- Service billing
- Quotes
- Technical support
- Warranty
- Shipping and receiving
- Equipment inventory control
- Scheduling service activity and coordinating repairs with PSSRs & customers
- Fill in during supervisor's absence
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- High school education or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professionalcommunication skills
- Good computer skills
- Must bedetail-oriented, self-motivated, and can handle high pressured situations
- Some service experience preferred
