Job Summary
Partner with VP/GM to implement and execute SwearBy strategy with a focus on marketing to drive user growth and on-site KPIs. Additional cross-functional partnership is required to ensure flawless operations across the organization and drive favorable results.
Essential Job Functions
Own marketing plan and calendar, which serves as the hub to unite all communications and operations efforts
Drive user growth through a mix of performance marketing and brand marketing strategies:
- SEO
- Paid search, paid social
- Media distribution partnerships
- Organic social
- PR and brand partnerships
- Regional events
Partner with external teams to drive SwearBy results
- Email marketing program
- SEO
- Merchandising + site QA
- Content
Partner with sales team on pitches and execute on sold advertising programs, as well as tent-pole brand programs
Analyze platform performance and partner with tech/product team to refine and enhance digital platform
Job Requirements
Education:
BA | College graduate
Experience:
5 - 7 years of related experience
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of digital media, social media, ecommerce
% Travel Required (Approximate): 10%
