Land Representative- Electric Transmission at Maser Consulting P.A. in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Description:

- Have general understanding of easements and easement acquisition
- Make initial contact with landowners to discuss project impacts
- Secure easements on behalf of the client
- Prepare client deliverable packages
- Must possess 'team player' attitude and ensure all projects are completed by let schedule
- Must have a flexible schedule to meet landowners when available
- Agent is responsible for completing assignments within the given deadline
- Be able to discuss design alternatives with landowner and PM
- Represent client in a positive and professional manner while providing a positive experience with the landowner

- Minimum of 2 years of Right of Way Acquisition experience with Electric Transmission Projects

- Active Nevada Real Estate License desired

- Nevada Notary preferred

- Ability to read and interpret project plans

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.

- Able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines, as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively.

- Demonstrated organizational, planning, and negotiation skills.

- Can work independently

- Analytical and able to problem solve under pressure

- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook, GoogleEarth, and databases such as SharePoint or equivalent.

- English language proficient

- Valid Driver's License and valid car insurance
