Marketing Manager

This person will assist the field and content marketing team in taking projects from ideation to execution. The best fit for the team would be someone with strong communication skills who is incredibly organized. They should have experience working in B2B marketing and events, with strong project management skill who can bring fresh ideas to the team. This role should have excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and design.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work across teams to manage and execute marketing projects to support demand/lead gen, including content creation and field events


• Collaborate and deploy successful marketing campaigns - from ideation to execution


• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals


• Produce engaging and valuable short form content, including ads and social posts Review marketing collateral for grammar, clarity and messaging consistency


• Assist content team with organizing and distributing collateral; conduct content audits as needed


• Conduct marketing competitive analysis and research


• Assist with event management, including planning and execution

• 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience


• Solid understanding of marketing tactics, including social media, digital, brand and content


• Experience with event management, including virtual and in-person


• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines


• Extremely organized with an eye for detail


• Excellent communicator and skilled writer


• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives to collaborate with marketing, sales, product and outside vendors


• Creative mind who recognizes and appreciates good design


• Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment

• Ability to work effectively and manage up with a spectrum of stakeholders

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic a must. Willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done


• Preferred: experience with Sharepoint, Adobe Photoshop, webinar management tools (ON24), Salesforce.com, Marketo
