- Serve as the HR Business Partner in support of the Advanced Packaging and Durable Goods Business Units in North America (inclusive of business, commercial, and manufacturing personnel/sites)
- Lead HR actions to support growth through mergers and acquisitions
- Manage and develop supporting HR professionals
- Contribute as HR Generalist across Bostik, Inc. HR teamActivities
- Serve as a valued partner and trusted advisor while providing strategic and hands on H R support to the business
- Lead HR merger and acquisition related activities primarily in support of the assigned businesses
- Broad working knowledge of key HR functional areas to include compensation fundamentals and organization development and design
- Support Talent Management, Training & Development, and other general HR functions/activities as needed as HRBP
- Manage and consult in alignment to HR related compliance matters, with broad understanding of relevant employment law
- Participate as member of HR Leadership Team to assist with other HR initiatives and responsibilities while representing Bostik, Inc. HR collaborating effectively across the HR group-wide
- Practices safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
Context and environment
The job involves strategic, collaborative work within the Bostik and Arkema HR teams, with employees and managers within Bostik, Inc., and particularly within the relevant Business Units. The HRBP role will require the ability to travel - primarily domestic travel, some international possible. A broad understanding of HR practices at the manager level of decision-making and accountability is required along with acquisition experience.

Qualifications / experience required
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience and progression in Professional Human Resources Roles, to include exposure within the manufacturing environment (min 3 years ideal) and HR related acquisition experience
- 3+ Years of HR Supervisor or Manager level experience, exempt professional staff management preferred
- Career progression shows broad HR Generalist knowledge and application in fundamental HR functions to include Compensation, Organization Design, Benefits, and Talent Management
- Thrives in a growth-oriented business, with proven abilities to organize, manage multiple key projects, and garner support from others
- Seen as a \\"go to\\" resource from both business leaders and direct employees. Positive change agent.
- Builds effective relationships and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
