MedHub is the leading provider of health care education management solutions for graduate and undergraduate medical education, and advanced practice healthcare institutions. MedHub offers three health care education solutions, MedHub, eValue and Program Manager, used by more than 600 organizations to address the complex tasks and interactions between trainees, educators, programs and institutions. All three were developed to enhance institutional oversight, improve educational outcomes, reduce redundant administrative effort, and mitigate institutional risk and liability.


MedHub is hiring for a Client Success Manager (CSM).  The CSM is responsible for cultivating a strategic relationship that drives the maximum value for both the client and the business unit.  Key outcomes of this role will be increased client loyalty, optimal platform utilization and revenue growth. Ultimately, this person will be seen as a valued member of the client’s organization.  Minneapolis, Minnesota office location or remote considered.


Responsibilities:



  • Proactively maintain and foster client relationships with key stakeholders and executives

  • Renewal and upsell of solutions

  • Monitor use of the platform and drive maximum client utilization of the platform  

  • Identify client training needs and facilitate consulting help as needed 

  • Conduct biannual strategic planning with client decision makers

  • Act as an escalation point for both the client and business unit staff 

  • Awareness of trends in case load and current client issues, take action as necessary

  • Identify additional revenue opportunities and pass on leads for additional products and services needed by clients to sales  

  • Build and maintain client relationships

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred, but high aptitude with equivalent experience considered

  • Residency Management System experience a plus

Skills and Abilities:



  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Project management capability and experience to include the ability to manage multiple project and resources simultaneously

  • Proven client service and negotiation skills  

  • Strategic mindset

  • Must be a self-starter with lots of energy and be able to adapt to change 

  • Ability to hold both client and business unit team accountable to outcomes

  • Proven experience communicating and presenting at all levels of an organization from operational staff to key decision makers and executives

  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel up to 30%

  • Previous E*Value or Medhub a plus
