Job Description:

Senior Digital Channel Manager

Job Overview: This role supports Mergers and Acquisitions integration projects in an array of areas, including operational due diligence, integration planning and execution, and respective channel business development. The individual will provide coordination and support to ensure the numerous aspects of the respective integration is aligned with company-wide goals.

Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Supports the organization’s growth initiatives, specifically related to acquisition channel pipeline growth, through the creation of synergy accounts between Cognizant and acquired companies; ensures all verticals are reached in streamlined and focused fashion

  • Manages and maintains the SPARK program initiative, seeking ways to enhance and streamline interlock activities

  • Interactively maintains highly matrixed relationships across industries to monitor multiple projects through the initial phases of the deal cycle

  • Provides oversight and support for developing the standardization of acquisition activity according to key objectives, schedule, budget and preferred management methodologies

  • Collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to manage responsibilities of M&A planning, directing and programing throughout the entire project(s) lifecycle and scope of complexities

  • Creates and aligns playbooks, documents, tools, flow charts, etc. as processes are developed for Selling, Training and Development

  • Interlock and drive strategic initiatives for Go to Market strategy

  • Involvement in development in RFP process: develop proposals, bids, quotations, etc. in response to requests from prospective clients. Collaborates with members of sales or product teams to ensure content is complete and accurate

Qualifications and Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Workday Certification (preferred) or experience in the system

  • 3-5+ years relevant work experience

  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze/synthesize data, understand trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for actions, experience with varied systems and project management reporting tools

  • Strong Microsoft Suite capabilities (Excel and PowerPoint primarily)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus

  • Comfortable working with constant deadlines with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
