Software Support Specialist

 

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Software Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team.  Founded in 1959, DCCU is a financial leader in the Shenandoah Valley; currently serving over 107,000 members, with over $1 Billion in Assets.  At DCCU, we go beyond transactions and truly want to help our members achieve financial success by aligning them with the right products and services to help make a difference in their lives. 

 

Under the direction of the Software Support Manager, this position is responsible for the daily processing on our financial system platform, with concentrated focus and specialization, will support all products and integrations within the core software.   Software Support Specialists are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the core system as well troubleshooting all applications within our financial system platform and third party products that sustain the core.

 

This position will provide Level 2 escalation support in multiple systems used by the organization that include, but are not limited to, our origination platform, imaging system, and Online Banking/Mobile.  The Software Support Specialist will be responsible for researching, testing and loading software updates and will provide exceptional internal service throughout DCCU by ensuring helpdesk tickets are resolved timely and efficiently.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma or equivalent in addition to related work experience in the Information Technology field. They will possess aptitude for detailed work and accuracy and will have demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful individual will have a high degree of computer literacy and problem solving skills as well as a high regard for professionalism and teamwork.
