Equifax is currently looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to support two senior leaders, their direct reports,, and the organization at large for this business unit. This person will be responsible for enhancing the executive's effectiveness by providing information management support and calendar optimization with a strong focus on organization and prioritization.

What You’ll Do
Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare executive level reports and presentations
Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines of team members and maintain schedule of deliverables for internal/external presentations and work products
Optimize time management by giving consideration to organization wide due dates or deliverables that may compete with internal schedules and ensure relevant parties are aware of issues that need immediate attention
Manage senior leader’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur; Serves as lead coordinator for conferences and meetings and assist with his directs meeting needs on occasion
Screen/prioritize/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary; Make decisions on behalf of senior leader(s), resolve requests and escalate when necessary
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings
Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves
May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development
Act as liaison and maintain open lines of communication among middle management and administrative staff across business units
Have a sense of critical issues taking place in the office and keep executives updated
General administrative support to include document management, filing and faxing
Qualifications
Experience supporting a leader with a large team, in a fast paced environment required
Flexible team player who thrives in environment requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent activities
Results driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
Organizes and expresses ideas clearly in both oral and written form
Advanced Microsoft Power Point skills and advanced Excel skills; willingness to learn new office and/or data systems
Demonstrates initiative and sense of urgency; takes action and accountability to execute and deliver on assigned tasks and urgent matters
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
