Program Manager – Adaptive Applications GTM

The Portfolio Go-To-Market (GTM) team translates the company’s vision, roadmap, objectives, market opportunities, and portfolio of offerings into a cohesive narrative that is audience-centric. We drive the Go-To-Market strategy, looking left-to-right across the company to determine what message, lands where, when, and to whom for the greatest conversion to revenue. We are looking for a Program Manager to lead our overall Adaptive Apps GTM. This is a highly visible role that works with leaders across Global Marketing and Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner/Channel organizations to drive the operating model for consistent and repeatable delivery of stories, content, marketing execution and sales enablement, ensuring we deliver against our strategic priorities.

  • Build and manage the Adaptive Apps launch and sustain plan, including identifying who needs this output and when and defining accountabilities

  • Lead creation and delivery of the Launch and “always on” GTM Content BOM (for sales, web teams, & campaigns) from the PMM source docs, establishing workback plans and agile execution, and maintaining x-stakeholder systems of record

  • Work in close partnership with the Adaptive Apps PMM; identifies when the roadmap must evolve given moments in time, and establishes the workback plans to deliver on time

  • Design programs and/or campaigns for driving goals around awareness/mindshare and adoption, with support of field marketing

  • Create internal Adaptive Apps Playbook for how, where, and when to use the artifacts and messaging. 

  • Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.

  • Ability to organize a list of open deliverables, issues, gaps, risks.

  • Must have the personal skills necessary to lead, collaborate, and motivate.

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and analytic skills.

  • Executive maturity and presence.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from start to finish.

  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience in large software companies a plus.

  • Experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum master a plus

  • Product marketing or consulting experience a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 


  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.  Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.

  • Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 10% of the time spent traveling.
