The Call Center Training Specialist, Jr. position is responsible for providing ongoing training support specific to call center training needs and objectives. They will prepare, implement, and maintain classroom materials, resources, and tools to enhance call center employee-training programs and help to ensure employees acquire the knowledge and skills required to perform job functions effectively. They will also co-assist in the classroom to support the needs of the Call Center Training Specialists and Sr. Call Center Training Specialists.
Minimum Position Requirements to Accomplish Major Priorities.
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of “Knowledge Consistent with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 2+ years’ of accounting experience” could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a Master’s Degree in Accounting and 0 years of work experience.
