Job Description:

The VP - Analytics & Strategy will be an integral part of the PB Mortgage Center Operations team and responsible for developing and leading key analysis projects that focus on improving bottom-line efficiencies and topline growth of the business. More specifically:

• Leverage data and analysis to develop quantifiably supported business cases and support strategic recommendations

• Conduct competitive intelligence, identify opportunities for improvement and lead special projects as needed

• Effectively partner with a diverse array of constituents in order to deliver high quality work in a deadline driven and fast paced environment

• Act as a trusted resource, generating creative solutions/fresh approaches to internal and external client issues

• Helps in the development and communication of the product vision and roadmap. Adjusts and responds to changing conditions and organizational needs, working closely with Business Stakeholders

• Supports the whole program through the clarification of business needs, direction and features

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analytics/operations, business process improvement/strategy, project execution, or technology roles

• Proficiency with data analysis & validation tools like SQL and Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment

• Strong project management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and sell a vision

• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels, including the executive presence to interact with and influence Senior Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Mortgage industry

• Proficiency with programming languages & analytical tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Python / R and visualization tools like Qlik / Tableau
