Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
Mirror match parts for the assistance of technicians
Cost parts on invoice
Coordinate with technicians of Ford and KIA Service, to ensure that parts requests are met
Stock incoming product and track inventory
