We are looking for a Maintenance Helper/Equipment Operator to join the team in McKinney, Texas. In this position you will be working at our recycling center. You will be learning basic preventative maintenance and repairs on our equipment along with operating equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and yard trucks. There will also be some basic labor and cleaning duties.

This is a physical job working in all weather conditions. Monday-Friday 6 pm start time typically working 10+ hour days there might be occasional Saturdays for special projects and emergency situations. On top of competitive pay we offer family benefits, 401k, vacation, and year round OT.

Job Requirements -

• 1 year of experience operating equipment or basic mechanic experience


• Ability to lift 70 lbs


• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
