Job Description SummaryThe Los Angeles Capital Markets and Leasing team is seeking a full time Senior Financial Analyst. The role offers candidates the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, energetic, and effective team that works on a diverse range of sales and leasing assignments throughout greater Los Angeles and nationally. The position is based in Downtown Los Angeles. There will be opportunities to participate in brokerage activities if desired, but not as a requirement of the position.

A successful candidate will have extensive and proven commercial real estate and ARGUS experience.

Primary Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop cash flow analysis in ARGUS Enterprise and Excel
Collect, organize and analyze lease and financial information
Interact with agents and owners to develop assumptions for cash flow models
Prepare of Broker Opinion of Value presentations for clients
Write financial and market analysis narratives
Research and analyze comparable lease and sale data
Manage and monitor process checklists and marketing timelines
Manage project due diligence requirements
Provide transaction process support

Additional Opportunities
Manage and oversee property and market tours for clients and prospective buyers
Participate in client meetings and pitches

Background and Experience
Bachelor s Degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred)
1-3 years of commercial real estate experience
Complex financial modeling experience in Argus Enterprise and Excel; office, multifamily, and hospitality underwriting experience preferred
Enterprise using CoStar and Real Capital Analytics a plus
California Real Estate Salesperson s License, or ability to obtain one within six months of employment
