Job Description:

Days - Full-Time

The Learning and Development Representative is responsible for facilitating and moderating the new employee orientation events throughout the year. This role is also responsible for developing, creating and writing training tools, handouts and guides that can help improve learning outcomes for a variety of training initiatives. This role also performs learning needs analyses for client departments or positions to create training opportunities that improve performance. Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of projects within Human Resources and the Learning and Development department. This position reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development - Human Resources

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent 8 years relevant work experience

* 2 years of previous Learning and Development experience

* At least 1-year previous classroom learning experience

* Demonstrated previous experience in writing content and developing coursework

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

* Possesses a positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude

* Ability to meet deadlines required to support our growing business

* Detailed oriented and

* Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail

* Possesses a strong work ethic with a mindset of accountability and ownership

* Multi-task orientation - can handle multiple projects at once and ability to prioritize, while remaining flexible to changing business requirements and priorities

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

* Prior experience in Human Resources within a larger organization

* Previous experience in e-learning.
