This position

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting the People Operations team. As a key part of our broader People Operations team, this individual will work across HR to provide a consistent and great experience to our candidates and employees.

This position reports to the Manager, People Operations
Responsibilities

- Process employee changes in HRIS system including but not limited to hiring, terminations, promotions, data changes, and leave of absences

- Generate candidate offer letters for North America

- Act as escalation point for troubleshooting complex HR transactions and process exceptions

- Assist with employee pre-hire processes, including but not limited to new hire paperwork and work authorization documentation

- Create and maintain electronic employee files

- Respond to general HR inquiries regarding but not limited to HR policies, benefits, employee data, employment verifications and systems

- Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, IT and the broader HR team on employee data and transactions

- Maintain content in company's global HR and Recruiting intranet site partnering with employee communications team

- Audit employee changes in HRIS system including but not limited to hiring, termination, promotions, data changes, leave of absence

- Support People Operations and HR teams in ad-hoc projects and process improvement and documentation


Basic Qualifications

- BA/BS degree

- 1-2 years of HR or Recruiting related work experience in a high growth organization


Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast paced, high transaction volume, shifting, non-structured environment

- Strong attention to details and organizational skills

- Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required

- Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization and departments success

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
