Position Overview

Role of the Senior Accountant is to insure business processes capture financial impacts of operational execution, while insuring compliance with internal financial controls. This role works closely with operational teams to insure business systems are utilized as designed, while seeking business process improvements through leadership and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Order Fulfillment


• Order Configuration and Costing


• Inventory controls and Valuation


• Cost of Manufacturing Reporting


• Expense Controls and Reporting


• Capital Acquisition 

Key Technical Competencies

• Utilization of ERP system in a Manufacturing or Distribution Environment


• Utilization of BI tools, with core ERP as the primary data source


• Business process reengineering.


• Design and compliance of internal controls

Education

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting
