Job Description:

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our outpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

Our reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists combine state-of-the art technology and compassionate, personalized care to assist couples who wish to become parents. With expertise in male and female infertility conditions, as well as women's endocrine conditions, we provide a wide range of assisted reproductive treatments. Learn more about our state-of-the-art facility in Middleton, near the far west side of Madison.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to:


  • Provide physical examinations, ultrasound, pre-surgical work ups, and follow up visits for patients with reproductive and fertility concerns in an outpatient setting.

  • Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to, the following: Hysterosalpingogram and Intra-uterine inseminations.

  • Work closely with our expert team of endocrinologists, clinical psychologist, embryologists, genetic counselor and nursing support staff that are among the finest in the country.

Education:

Minimum –

Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum –

Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.

Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire AND CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. 

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday to Friday in between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
