BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR: The primary role of this position is to administer and maintain the company benefits programs and assist members with their benefits questions, coverage and concerns. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Seeking a self-motivated individual, with a high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an advanced skill level in Excel. Associate’s Degree (AA) or a minimum of 2 years related experience in a large group insurance environment required. The ideal candidate must also be well versed with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the benefits arena, and the ability to exercise discretion in protecting and releasing confidential information.
