Tessco is looking for a motivated Territory Account Manager (TAM) for our Commercial E - Commerce team. You will be asked to proactively sell Tessco products to customers via telephone, email, and social media in order to build, manage, and grow a select group of accounts. Responsibilities:


  • Grow customer accounts into regular, total source buyers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and offer guidance on products, shipping, contracts, and financing
  • Gain customer trust with excellent service and follow up
  • Demonstrate ability to qualify customer needs and apply the necessary Tessco resources
  • Maintain high outbound calling activity




Qualifications:

  • Entry-Level position within field. 1-3 years of customer service or sales support experience
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
  • Confidence to address objections and push forward after experiencing rejection
  • Salesforce.com experience, a plus
  • Articulate, persuasive and influential communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan and manage time and priorities effectively
