Tessco is looking for a motivated Territory Account Manager (TAM) for our Commercial E - Commerce team. You will be asked to proactively sell Tessco products to customers via telephone, email, and social media in order to build, manage, and grow a select group of accounts. Responsibilities:
Grow customer accounts into regular, total source buyers
Respond to customer inquiries and offer guidance on products, shipping, contracts, and financing
Gain customer trust with excellent service and follow up
Demonstrate ability to qualify customer needs and apply the necessary Tessco resources
Maintain high outbound calling activity
Qualifications:
Entry-Level position within field. 1-3 years of customer service or sales support experience
4-year college degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
Confidence to address objections and push forward after experiencing rejection
Salesforce.com experience, a plus
Articulate, persuasive and influential communicator
Strong interpersonal skills
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to plan and manage time and priorities effectively
