Our St. Francis hospital is seeking a Secretary. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our Outpatient Rehab Department where you will be responsible for:

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide clerical support to the department to contribute to an effective and organized department.
*

Scheduling new patient referrals, data entry
*

Maintain medical records, all while delivering quality customer service and protecting the confidentiality of the patient.
*

General clerical duties such as; ordering supplies, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, etc.

So what experience are we looking for in our Unit Secretary?

High school or equivalent education.
*

Prefer one year experience in a similar setting.
*

Basic computer skills
