Our client, a Robotics Process Automation company is currently seeking a COMPENSATION/EQUITY ANALYST for a 6 MONTH+ CONTRACT opportunity. This position will be remote indefinitely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation:
* Spreadsheet skills required - pivots, VLOOKUP's, etc. with interest in learning more
* Provide support to HRBPs and Recruiting with market data and program information
* Support annual review cycle - answer questions, run reports, etc.
* Learn Workday functionality and answer basic employee and manager questions
* Create spreadsheets of market and other data to support analyses
* Act as tester for project rollouts (e.g., Workday and other functionality)
Equity:
* Understanding of fundamentals of RSUs and stock options highly preferred
* Answer basic questions submitted through JIRA tickets
* Prepare reports of equity data for review
* Support exercise and other equity processes, including keeping on top of process and follow-up as needed
* Review and validate data - strong eye for detail
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
degree in HR or business management preferred. Interest in learning the business of HR and scaling processes and programs in a fast growth business. Works collaboratively with others and asks a lot of questions.
