Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Manager in the Ohio/Kentucky territory. This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory.

THIS POSITION IS SELLING COMMERCIAL PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL BUILDINGS TO ARCHITECTS, GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND BUILDERS. STEEL BUILDING AND/OR STEEL COMPONENT SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
*

Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market.
*

Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer s business and the critical measures that drive each account.
*

Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient.
*

Ability to work with Operating Systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

*

Must have College Degree, or equivalent work experience
*

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System s associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents
*

Must have thorough understanding of Steel Construction process and products.
*

Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
*

5 years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
*

Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
*

Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales.
*

Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential.
*

Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
*

Must reside in Market
*

50-70% travel in market a must
