POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Triage RN is a telephonic role and is the first clinical point of contact for patients with questions or concerns regarding their medication or after an office visit, procedure or hospital stay. The Triage RN responds to patient questions and concerns over the phone advises patient regarding any next steps in their care. Our nursing practice reflects the values of collaboration, communication, coordination, integration, and empowerment.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.and have an active GA Registered Nurse license
Min of 2 yrs of cardiology nursing experience
Strong customer service skills
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Yes
WORK HOURS: 7:30a-4:30p
WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: No
ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS: No.
