YOU WILL:
* Perform MIG and TIG welding
* Read Blueprints and Specifications
* Use small hand tools, drill press, notcher, milling machines, band saw, chop-saw, pipe bender, lathe, and coping machines.
* Perform as a self-starter with the ability to carry out assigned duties with minimal supervision.
* Able to effectively function as part of a team.
* Perform a wide range of welding and metal fabrication operations.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks.
* Ability to successfully cross train in required areas
* Ability to successfully work to required productivity standards in required areas.
* Ability to excess in a high paced environment
* Must demonstrate expertise with multiple welding techniques and materials.
* Ability to perform multiple tasks.

* Must demonstrate expertise with multiple welding techniques and materials.
* Fabrication and power tool experience preferred.
* Must understand verbal and written instructions and demonstrate ability to work with engineering drawings.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Must be able to work independently.
YOU SHOULD:
* High School diploma.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* 3 years experience in welding role.
