Job Summary

Job resposnibilities

 

•       Establishing a strong community of engineers and fostering strong competency.

•       Process setup & operationalization

•       Building strong organizational interconnects.

•       Managing interlock with partner groups (Talent Managment, Talent Supply chain,Enablement, Operations, Delivery Excellence) in the areas of operations, demand & supply, Talent Acquisition, Deployment, Rotation, enablement and process governance

•       Performance management, rewards and recognition,Mentoring,knowledge management and career growth for community members.

•       Positioning engineers with right competency and capabilities

•       Optimal on-the-job supervision and governance

•       Accountability alignment towards engagement stakeholders

•       Continuous feedback and improvement

•       Publish productivity measures to drive delivery excellence
