General Dynamics Information Technology has an immediate opportunity for a .NET Developer with the following duties and responsibilities included (but not limited to):

• Expert programmer with robust technical design capabilities and good knowledge in implementing design patterns such as MVC




• Works with Business Analyst and Application Architect to interpret Business Requirements into a




• Technical Solution




• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team




• Can contribute proposed solutions as well as execute on assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Excellent working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / 4.6




• Experience working with HTML, JavaScript & JQuery




• Experience working with JSON




• Knowledge of Single Page Application (SPA) design




• Must have experience in web services, REST APIs, WCF, SQL Server and stored procedures




• A good understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design




• Experience of working in an Agile / Lean software development environment




• Experience of the full software development life cycle including design, testing, deployment, documentation and support activities




• Must have strong programming skills.




• Strong design and analytic skills




• Minimum of 5 years developing in .NET technologies

Desired Qualifications:  

• Able to analyze a range of business and functional requirements to recommend optimal solutions




• Experience using JavaScript‐based UI frameworks such as AngularJS or AureliaJS desired




• Experience using NoSQL databases a plus




• Knowledge of Bootstrap a plus




• MCSD certification




• Mobile support experience a plus

 Education:

• Possession of a 4-year degree or equivalent experience

Public Trust Clearance

The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
