Job Summary:

Works on the implementation and/or modification of applications, systems or programs for internal and external clients with general oversight.  Evaluates client needs, executes on delivery and implementation plans and troubleshoots system setups. Provides basic training, end-user support and database administration during and after the implementation process. 

Job Description:

• Conducts internal and external client needs assessments, provides basic recommendations based on industry knowledge and proven processes
• Performs account configuration and database setup for various software applications
• Works closely with IT Program and Project Management
• Completes client application support request via phone, email and/or shadow session
• Conducts basic application training for clients via virtual sessions
• Maintains detailed documentation for all work events
• Resolves low to moderately complex system problems; provides second-tier support to end users
• Simulates and anzalyzes user issues; escalates as needed
• Provides guidance to customers throughout implementation process
• Provides implementation-related database setup
• Provide technical support and basic training on software applications to newly-trained end users
• Processes post implementation application administration requests
• Limited travel may be required

• Requires basic conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within own discipline
• Typically follows existing procedures to perform routine assignments
• Works with direct oversight
• Applies basic knowledge of business gained through formal education or related work experience
• Provides assistance to others as directed
• Typically, works within standardized procedures to perform own work
• Has limited impact within own discipline
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems
• Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
• Exchanges straightforward information
• Ask questions and checks for understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
