Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Arbor Lake, a 250 unit apartment community in Covington, GA.

In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for apartment turns


• General appearance and maintenance of the property


• Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium 

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of previous maintenance experience


• Basic painting, electrical, and/or plumbing experience


• HVAC experience


• EPA experience


• CPO Certified


• Boilers Experience


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Ability to work on-call


• Valid driver’s license and insurance
