PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: 

Responsible for directing, planning, organizing, and leading  individual and group programs that meet the social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual needs of residents.  Communicates available programs to residents and encourages participation.  Track resident engagement at all programming.
