Here's your opportunity:
Under guidance of the Director of Engineering, the Product Compliance Manager will provide tactical and strategic guidance to the entire organization on matters relating to the compliance, registration, listing and certification of Bradley products. The Product Compliance Manager will also lead the compliance team in obtaining and maintaining product compliance to all relevant domestic and international codes, industry standards, and government regulations.

Here's how you'll contribute:
Effectively manage the business processes, budget, company resources, and staff to maintain or accomplish compliance, certification, and registration of all existing and developing products.
Mentor compliance team and others inside the organization to support or lead tasks, projects, and initiatives which are relevant to the business.
Lead the monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of all government and industry regulations, codes, and standards pertinent to Bradley product lines
Lead business process improvement efforts to increase speed of execution, increase output, improve output quality, or reduce cost. Effectively use metrics and personal communication to demonstrate performance improvements.
Provide compliance risk assessments to company stakeholders upon request, or on a predetermined review interval.
Continuously improve organizational knowledge of current and upcoming industry compliance standards that influence the design and production of Bradley products through clear and timely reporting to leadership and team members.
Accomplish company objectives by coordinating communication and action through participation and influence of trade associations, industry partners, consulting firms, government, academia, and other relevant resources as it pertains to regulatory, government, codes and standards matters related to Bradley products and initiatives. Build external industry coalitions to accomplish the corporate strategy.
Develop plans for government outreach by providing analysis and research of emerging or existing legislative public policy issues impacting the organization.
