We are currently seeking a Customer Technical Training Sr. Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
NTT DATA Services Federal Government, Inc., is seeking a Customer Technical Training Senior Analyst that will be responsible for the delivery of technical training courses to external military customers. The Customer Technical Training Senior Analyst will interact with the customer and functional organizations to identify content needs of IT courses. Curriculum content includes, but is not limited to, client hardware and software, enterprise server and software products/solutions, enterprise storage solutions/products, data networking solutions/products and IT management techniques and strategies. Trainers will utilize stand-up teaching and presentation skills, visual and audio equipment and course ware resources to deliver the training.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor s degree with 2 years of experience Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Tactical Satellite Systems or 6 years of experience Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Tactical Satellite Systems in lieu of degree.
* Currently active Secret Clearance
* Heavy lifting is required (70 lbs.)
* Extended amounts of time standing
* Working in environmentally demanding conditions (extreme heat and cold, field conditions)

* Thales MBITR PRC148 V2/4
* ASIP
* Simple Key Loader Operation
* Microsoft windows experience
* Tier II/III Level Support for Tactical IT Systems
* Instructor Qualified
